Kevin started his new job as a manager in a company in Morocco with great enthusiasm. During his first days, he met his colleagues, learned their names, and observed how the team worked. The atmosphere seemed friendly, and people smiled often.

“This company feels dynamic,” Kevin thought.
He felt confident and believed that managing the team would be smooth and enjoyable.

After one week, Kevin experienced his first problem. During a meeting, one coworker, Youssef, interrupted him several times and questioned his decisions.
“That’s not how we usually do things,” Youssef said firmly.

Kevin felt uncomfortable and slightly frustrated, but he remained polite. After the meeting, the tension lingered, and Kevin realized that their relationship started badly.
